Who we are
This website is operated by Bitshouse LLC, a limited liability company based in South Carolina, USA (“Bitshouse,” “we,” “us”). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
bitshouse.co is an informational site about our studio and the things we make. It is not a product, and using it does not create an account or a subscription. Our individual products — including Ruckus — are governed by their own terms, which take precedence for those products.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it; do not scrape it in a way that degrades service for others; and do not use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive, or bulk unsolicited messages.
Intellectual property
The Bitshouse name, logo, wordmark, page copy, and design are owned by Bitshouse LLC. You may link to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reuse our branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.
What you send us
You keep ownership of anything you send through the contact form. By sending it, you give us permission to read it, store it, and respond to it. Please do not send confidential information or anything you are not free to share. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links
This site links to sites we do not control, such as joinruckus.com and our form provider. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Bitshouse LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms or the site itself. Changes take effect when posted, and the date above will be updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
