Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 30, 2026

The short version

Bitshouse LLC is a small family studio. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, we do not run ad networks, and we do not build advertising profiles. We collect the least we can get away with and delete it when you ask.

What we collect

Information you send us. If you use the contact form on this site, we receive the name, email address, and message you type. That submission is delivered to us by our form provider, Formspree, and lands in our email inbox.

Basic technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and timestamp — for security and reliability. This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Fonts. Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of loading the page.

Why we use it

We use what you send solely to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We use technical logs to keep the site running and to defend against abuse. We do not use any of it for advertising or automated decision-making.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers required to operate the site: our web host, our form provider (Formspree), and our email provider. They process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We will disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact messages stay in our inbox until they are no longer useful, and are deleted on request. Server logs are retained for a short period by our host in the ordinary course of operating the service.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form and no account to close — an email is enough. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
